The working principle of scraper conveyor is that the open chute is used as the bearing part of coal, gangue or materials, and the scraper is fixed on the chain (forming scraper chain) as the traction component. When the driving part of the machine head starts, the chain wheel on the head shaft of the belt conveyor rotates to make the scraper chain circulate, and the animal material moves along the chute until it is unloaded at the machine head. The scraper chain bypasses the chain wheel for stepless closed cycle operation to complete the conveying of materials.
